I strive to restock as frequently as possible, typically about (once a month-ish)! Our recent move to a small warehouse space allow us to store more inventory for future launches. I truly empathise with the frustration of quick sell-outs, but please know that I’m doing my best to keep up with our rapid growth. Your order confirmation email will state the current processing time. Once shipped, delivery time within the Cayman Islands is within 4 business days. Delivery dates are estimated, not guaranteed. We do not offer express/overnight delivery at this time.

Delivery emails are sent to the email address you entered at checkout when placing your order. Please be sure to enter the correct email address at checkout.

You have two conveniently options to get your lighters. You can either browse and purchase them on our website or visit in person at Rubis Gas Station on Walkers Road, we’ve got you covered!

We are not accepting wholesale orders or affiliate sales reps at this time.

No – Currently, we only offer on-Island delivery and do not ship internationally. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Your order will typically be within 2-4 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that this timeframe does not included weekends or holidays.

Note: These times may be extended during holidays, launches/restocks,  and promotions. Extended delays can also occur during the months of February – April and November – December. 

Once an order is made, no changes can be made. Including the items(s), and/or personal information. So please be sure of your size, collar and make sure to provide the correct address before placing an order. No cancellations are allowed at this time.

We accept payments via Debit/Credit Card in USD Dollars only. Please be sure your billing and shipping address match your card in to avoid delays or declines.

We suggest machine washing on the gentle cycle. You may also turn inside out. Please, do not use bleach and do not iron the item. We are not responsible for wear and tear that may occur after using the T-shirt. We do not offer a repair or replacement service.

Prior to delivery, if an item is damaged, missing pieces or wrong item sent, please contact us within 24 hours from the delivery date on the website. Please be sure you checked the entire contents of your package. If you do not contact us within 24 hours, Kman Apparel will not be responsible for the items. We are not liable for damaged or lost packages delivery service. Neither a replacement or refund will be issued.

To avoid delays, please be sure your name, billing and shipping address matches the card you are using. If any order cancellation occurs you will be credited in full for the cancelled order(s) and your order will not be delivered. We do not make price adjustments.
